Summum of the winter hype: Josephine. Latest Parisian nightclub the grand opening is in ... a theater! After two years of work, the Théâtre du Châtelet offers a makeover that is good for its image and offers, from 11pm to 6am, a festive and ambitious program.

In this place of exchange and creations, you will attend live performances, concerts, DJ sets, shows, or even screenings of art videos. Tailored to please a new target of the Châtelet, night cultural programming is for a trendy youth.


With this obvious wink to the muse Josephine Baker, the Chatelet wishes to impulse a similar dynamic to the "crazy years" Paris. So he joins forces with Manifesto (Wanderlust and Silencio) and promotes electro and urban music.

Gilles Peterson, DJ Bonobo, Kiddy Smile ... In addition to the big names of the night scene, the Théâtre du Châtelet offers original creations in this unique place. Including a "musical tragedy" rapper Abd Al Malik on a text by Camus or a tribute to Josephine Baker by the director Peter Sellars.
