If tea is for some a simple hot drink, it is for others an opportunity for philosophical and spiritual reflection. Learn more during this ceremony which follows the codes of Omotesenke, one of the major schools of the tea tradition in Japan. 

Since 1997, the Maison de la culture du Japon in Paris has been presenting Japanese culture through exhibitions, shows, movies, conferences, courses and workshops. It is also committed to the promotion of the Japanese language and support for Japanese studies and intellectual exchange.
