You can discover the artistic productions that were born from the Portuguese feitorias, as well as navigation objects and documents explaining the exploitation of the trading posts, which illustrate the beginnings of the colonial period in Africa.
The fortress has been a place of detention for seven centuries. Nicolas Fouquet, the King's s
