Jazz concert event: Marvin Gaye's cover of What's Going On

Performed by Nu Civilation Orchaestra, the best hope of the British jazz scene.

Description

The best hopes of the young British jazz scene gathered to celebrate the half-century of Marvin Gaye's masterpiece, What's Going On, within the Nu Civilisation Orchestra. More than twenty musicians for a contemporary re-reading of a soul classic.

A commitment and questions that still resonate today with a particular acuity, even more so when the musicians of the Nu Civilisation Orchestra get hold of them.
