#STAND UP With CultureSecrets, come and discover young Belgian comedy talent Florent Losson and his energetic and delightfully friendly show "Mowgli", in the unique and unusual setting of the Péniche La Nouvelle Seine.
In Mowgli, Florent Losson talks about the universal sensation of being outside oneself. That we are all so different as to be equal. Florent Losson argues that we are not special, or at least not more special than anyone else.
More than the subjects he tackles, the viewer will come away with the strange sensation of having made a friend. A good guy, relentlessly funny and with whom you can't help but have a good evening.
The show:
A young, single uncle with a trade deficit, French by birth and a lifelong Brussels accent, Florent is incapable of using social networks effectively. Florent tells us about his work in the voluntary sector, from which he derives both pride and reduced purchasing power. He also tells us about his divorce, which would have seemed more relatable had he been widowed. Divorce is all very well.
But at 32, wouldn't it have been classier to be a widower? Widowed at 32, frankly... There's something about it. Too bad.
Check out Florent's appearance at the Montreux Comedy Festival here, and follow him on social networks Instagram and Facebook.
