Reflecting an entire generation, these iconic silkscreens, signed lower right by Andy Warhol and lower left by Mick Jagger, are an integral part of the soul of the seventies. Discover them during a private evening in the presence of auctioneer Alexandre FERRI and Modern Art expert Irénée Brun.

Appraised by the firm Brun and Perazzone, these color serigraphs on Arches watercolor paper, size 110.7x73.4 cm, were produced in 1975 in New York.
Andy Warhol produced several hundred series representing the sultry sex symbol, five of which will be auctioned on December 17 by Maison Ferri.
These portraits of the king of pop art are jewels of the sixties, full of glamour, scandal, sensuality and raw elements. The technique, which makes extensive use of contrasting effects, seems tailor-made for the singer. The style and approach enter into a kind of osmosis with the subject Jagger, the object Jagger could be said without abuse of language. For the man quickly became an artistic-media product, constructed and fed by fantasies; an object of fantasies too. He becomes a subversive brand of counter culture, yet quickly consumed all over the world.
Maître Alexandre Ferri will lead the sale of the five serigraphs sold separately for 30 000/40 000 euros each.
